BlockEstateDAO is committed to fostering an open, engaging, and respectful community for all members. This Community Guidelines & Moderation Policy applies to all interactions within the official BlockEstateDAO Telegram and Discord channels.

The goal of these guidelines is to:

  • Promote constructive discussions about BlockEstateDAO, governance, staking, and DeFi.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Protect the integrity of the community by enforcing clear moderation standards.

By joining and participating in BlockEstateDAO’s Telegram and Discord, members agree to abide by these guidelines.

2.1 Respectful Communication

  • Treat all members with respect, even in disagreements.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech (including but not limited to race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or sexual orientation).
  • Do not engage in personal attacks, insults, or defamatory remarks against other members, moderators, or project team members.
  • Keep discussions constructive and on-topic.

2.2 Spam & Self-Promotion

  • No excessive shilling of other projects or unrelated services.
  • No unsolicited advertisements, referral links, or promotional content.
  • If sharing other blockchain projects, ensure they are relevant to the discussion and provide context.
  • Affiliate links, pyramid schemes, or pump-and-dump promotions are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Security & Privacy

  • Never share personal information (wallet addresses, private keys, passwords, or KYC details) in public chat.
  • Avoid clicking unknown links—report suspicious activity to moderators.
  • Impersonation of team members, admins, or community members is strictly prohibited. Official team members will never ask for private keys or funds.

2.4 Misinformation & FUD

  • Do not spread false information, rumors, or unverified claims about BlockEstateDAO or its partners.
  • If you have concerns or doubts, ask respectfully—constructive criticism is welcome when backed by facts.
  • Moderators reserve the right to remove misleading content that could cause unnecessary panic or confusion.

2.5 Off-Topic & Political Discussions

  • Keep discussions relevant to BlockEstateDAO, governance, real estate tokenization, and DeFi.
  • Avoid political debates, religious discussions, or divisive topics unrelated to the DAO.
  • Light off-topic discussions are allowed in designated channels but should remain respectful.

The BlockEstateDAO Moderation Team ensures compliance with these guidelines.

3.1 Enforcement Actions

If a member violates community rules, moderators may take the following actions:

  • Warning – A verbal or written notice for minor infractions.
  • Content Deletion – Removing spam, offensive, or misleading messages.
  • Temporary Mute – Restricting posting ability for a specified period.
  • Kick – Temporary removal from the group (rejoining possible).
  • Ban – Permanent removal from the community for severe or repeated violations.

3.2 Appeal Process
